Main Component Of Sewing Machine
- Oct 24, 2018 -

The general sewing machine consists of four parts: the nose, the base, the transmission and the attachment.

The nose is the main part of the sewing machine. It consists of four mechanisms: thorn material, hook line, thread take-up, feeding mechanism and auxiliary mechanisms such as winding, pressing and dropping. The movement of each mechanism is reasonably matched, and the work is cycled to stitch the sewing material.

The base is divided into two forms: platen and chassis. The platen of the platen frame plays the role of supporting the head and is used as a table during sewing operations. The platen has a variety of styles, including a bucket or a multi-bucket, a cabinet, a writing desk, and the like. The chassis of the chassis-type base serves to support and store the head, making the sewing machine easy to carry and store.

The transmission part of the sewing machine consists of a frame, a hand crank or a motor. The frame is the backbone of the machine and supports the table and foot pedals. When in use, the operator steps on the pedal, rotates the pulley through the crank, and rotates through the belt with the motive head. Most of the hand shaker or motor is mounted directly on the hand piece.

Accessories for the sewing machine include needles, bobbins, screwdrivers, oil cans, etc.
