(2) The double needle of the machine is oscillated by the left and right sides. The first needle is placed next to the T-shaped groove of the T-shaped perforated rod, and the second needle is placed after the T-shaped perforated rod is about 2 mm. Puncture down. At the same time, the two needles are pressed against the left and right sides of the T-shaped groove of the T-shaped perforating rod. After the needle passes through the thick material, the 2mm thick fabric cannot be pressed to the T-shaped groove due to the needle bar. On the other hand, the needles on the left and right sides cannot be placed on the edge of the T-slot, and the needle that has been puncture under the needle plate cannot reach the position of original verification and adjustment. For example, if the machine is idling, when the adjustment gap between the hook and the needle is zero, when the material is too thick, the distance between the hook and the needle is increased, and the hook tip just hits the needle, causing the break. The needle will also hurt the tip of the hook. Therefore, when adjusting the clearance fit between the hook and the needle, first adjust the clearance fit between the hook and the needle when idling, and then puncture the thick needle after the sewing material is pressed again. If it is idling, the clearance between the hook and the needle is too large. (3) The double line often used for the upper thread is a thick line, and the bottom line is a thin line, but there are also thick lines above and below, which brings certain difficulties to the adjustment of the stitches, and the thick lines are not easy to tighten the thin lines, so The crimping spring of the upper thread gripper was forced to adjust very tightly. In addition to the front and rear feeding movements of the double needle machine, the needle bar also swings on the left and right sides. Therefore, the too tight upper thread will bend the needle and the needle tip will easily touch the T-shaped perforating rod. On the T-slot, the needle tip is damaged, or it is hit on the edge of the needle plate, causing the needle to be damaged or broken. When the thick material is used, the stitch adjustment can be adjusted according to the double needle machine adjustment method.

(4) When the thick material is too thick, the matching time of the feeding movement is higher. When the material is thin, the equipment can work normally, but when the thick material is encountered, the needle tip is just inserted into the fabric, and the feeding movement still has a period of unstopping feeding work. It is easy to squeeze the needle tip to the edge of the needle plate to break or bend the needle. Conversely, when the needle tip is pulled out of the thick material and is going to the hole of the needle plate, the feeding movement is prematurely fed, and the thick material will squeeze the needle tip on the edge of the needle plate. In the case of such a fault, the front and rear feeding timings can be adjusted. Since the overall fit of the machine is on the synchronous toothed belt, the synchronous toothed pulleys of the upper and lower shafts can be adjusted.
